A very environmentally fresh looking graduated website with an overall green pasture around it. According to the introduction, Serene Green is built on the strength of college students hailing from the U.S. and Canada.
Though they’re new to me, their portfolio projects scream out loud of their experience and their taste for design. They’ve even got a secret project up their sleeves.
Oh yeah, forget to mention that they’re a website development company.
Their website is very straight forward and there ain’t too many links to click on at this moment. However, the one thing left I’m trying to figure out is their team. I’m not sure if they’re a building company or they’re a community of students working while studying.
On their sidebar it’s stated that they’re looking for new talents to join them in their foray. I was thinking of giving it a go seeing how they company is being built in a community type way but I suppose it won’t be a business built from students in US and Canada anymore later.
If you noticed, their content is more than averagely spaced. There aren’t many coporate sites that do this. And I remember always telling people to make sure they’ve enough line-height accomodated for their text. But I’m not sure why in this case, I’m feeling quite burdened to read. It looks as though there’s a lot of text to be read. Either that or the greens are starting to wear me down.
Overall, I like the concept they played around. They stuck with a school type theme and kept the website very simple. In my book, I think they’re a team worth watching out for in future. :)
Admire the plush Serene Green around you.
I loved the vibrant, lush green pallette that they chose to use for the site. Thinking of something like that for my next layout too, hehe.
I see that this is the current trend. Worth a look. :)
