Why Didn't Google Think of This?

google conceptGoogle Inc has been paving the way since Google Search arrived and it just got better…and better. What’s even more spectacular is Google Mail (GMail). But, why didn’t Google think about this brilliant idea; Using Adsense Income to Supplement AdWords campaigns.

This is such a brilliantly simple idea but it’s not being done at the moment. Gosh! I even tried Google-ing if anyone else has thought of it but it seemed no one has popped the question. I’m very sure someone involved in Google’s world domination plans must have thought of it.

The moment I read Azmeen’s short post about this, I couldn’t help but support it. In the whole blogosphere, almost everyone has or had Google Adsense. The monetary support they have earned from Google are proof they have the buying power to use Google Adwords. Heck, even I’d use Google Adwords right away.

Ever since I’ve known about AdWords, I’ve wanted to use it but halted when it came down to the credit card. However, if the idea of using my Google Adsense to pay my Google AdWords campaign does get implemented, I’m all set.

I’m not worried about using my credit card but I find tying up my Adsense account and AdWords would be really convenient. One place to generate income and the other to utilize it…simple.

So why didn’t Google think of this?

i couldn’t agree with you more!!! i was signing up for Adwords when i received the “prompting” email from Google. I was SO SURE that i could use my Adsense income to pay for AdWords and thought to myself “why not give this a try”. But then i came to the credit card details part…and i stopped.

I wonder why Google does not allow this….

  2. I think it may be because they’re worried if the person doesn’t have the monetary backing or fallback, Google might not be able to trace the person or may not be able to authenticate the person or provide fabricated information via Google Adsense – though it’ll be a dumb thing to do.

Google isn’t perfect. They are not human but there humans running the company. :)
