BolehBlogs! is community project proudly developed by the members over at Low Yat forums. The project system is like Blogger or WordPress.com except that its goal is of a higher calling. As said in the BolehBlogs! thread,
We want to maintain a distinctive blogging space just for Malaysians, where content can be easily aggregated, and the worthy grassroots journalist can find their voice.

I’ve a prototype account running after requesting for an invite. If you’re a Low Yat forum member then all you need to do is visit the BolehBlogs! invites thread, post a reply and Personal Message (PM) se7en for an account.
Or I’ve actually 5 invites to share with anyone. The invites will be given to the first 5 people who leaves a comment on my BolehBlogs! prototype at http://dannyfoo.bolehblogs.com/
Each account will have a 10MB upload storage space so if you’re planning to use BolehBlogs! as a photoblog or a videoblog (vlog) then you’d better host them at free sources like Photobucket and YouTube to name a few.
There are also a couple of built-in themes that you could choose found in the Presentation section of your BolehBlogs! account.
The project is still fresh in its BETA phase so my account there is to help test for bugs and see what else the project will have to offer in future. :)

Well, maybe if se7en dropped by he could illustrate the coincidence. Hmm..
does it us WordPress MU? can users edit the theme?
Now that you mentioned it, I think they’re using just that. As for the theme editing, at the momennt it’s not availabe because they’re having some problems with existing ones. However, se7en did say that there’ll be one that users can edit in future. :)
