Technically, this is suppose to be a secret. So I’m only going to share limited information about this. It’s great publicity for NTV7 and the show that I’m writing this but in case there are any corporate policies which hauls my *ss to court, I’m keeping mums on certain secrets. Obviously, I want to win Deal or No Deal in Malaysia too.

Alright. The secret is…I’m going to be one of the nervous, cold sweating, innocent looking, spaced out, smiling contestants in the Q & A part of the show. You know the ones where 6 contestants are like competing to stand on the main podium, stare at the Revlon models, ask a bag and freak out knowing it’s the RM100,000 bag? Yeah, I was selected to be one of the contestants.

    As for Deal or No Deal, I’d have to say go with your gut and don’t stick to any pattern of numbers. Think random since the briefcases are scattered randomly. Anything above RM10K is worth taking, anything above RM1K is worth considering and don’t take any risks! Given the choice between a briefcase on the stage and the one at your side, the latter has a huge chance of being a low amount. But then I hope you’ve planned out your tactics. Good luck!

    And thanks for the advice. Indeed, it’s a random game plus a whole bag of luck. Unless you’re a big risk-taker like the one guy who won the RM100,000. I saw that episode and it was nuts.

    So yeah, I’ll be on the English edition. Maybe the last episode of Season 2. LOL!

  8. There are many languages you could learn by using iphone, checkout the audio podcasts from iTunes…I’ve seen some basics that are provided free. That should get you started…

    Anyway, regarding the which number briefcase to choose part, I think it is a matter of luck.

    If you are unlucky, you will end up opening all those briefcase with big amount of cash. -_-

    Went for the 1Utama interview just to try my luck. Then ba-da-bing, they called me to say I was one of them. I heard one of the participants said she signed up online. So you could probably dig the NTV7 to find out details. :)
