As the year of 2007 flies by, more and more yellow banners with the large imprinted word; YES, are hung up on light poles. The Year End Sale has started and it’s in fact the spirit of giving…discounts, that is.
The shopping malls have built their trees, made their sweaty Santas parade and asked their cute female promoters to dawn their red hats. There’s nothing like the spirit of giving when it comes to Christmas.
Although I’m not cruising anywhere like Timothy this coming Christmas, I’m trying to get into this Christmas spirit of giving discounts too.
At the moment, I’m selling my Space Invaders t-shirts in the Low Yat forum and now, even in my blog. And for my Christmas spirit of discounts, I’m now offering RM1 per t-shirt shipping within Peninsular Malaysia. And to our East Malaysia friends in Sabah or Sarawak, it’s only RM2 per t-shirt for shipping.
Each 1337 Space Invaders t-shirt only cost RM35 and the customer feedback or testimonials received so far has been more than overwhelming. I’m now even thinking up a storm deciding what the next t-shirt should be like and when it should be done.
When I first came up with this t-shirt, it was aimed at not only people who played computer games but a rare Christmas present for that son/daughter or close friend who plays computer games. And it is rare because you will not find this t-shirt at any apparel outlet, shopping mall or even Petaling Street kiosk.
So if you know a relative or friend who plays computer games, I believe this is a rare and ideal Christmas present for them this Christmas. It’s affordable and most important of all, comfortable.
