Over a mamak session, I was discussing with a couple of friends about the recent troubled Internet connection I’ve been experiencing. As usual, similar complaints started coming out and all directed to only 1 provider. Needless to say, we all know who since they monopolize the market. LOL!
Despite our laughter, relating our own customer service cases and the useless results which spawned from it we started debating over what’s more important for an Internet provider in Malaysia. Was it the speed of the Internet connection packages? Was it the price with the fuel hike now and soon? Or, was it efficient and knowledgeable customer service support?
