Okie, this is one of those shameless plugs but let’s call it a favor of some sort to a good friend who’s a blog friend of mine. I should actually be working my projects over here so you owe me a cuppa Coffex latte, bro. LoL!
Anyway, so what’s the story with my blog; Websites Made Simple and TheStar. It’s a really simple connection presumably anyone could take advantage of and no, I don’t mean money laundering or any illegal activities ran.
Besides TheStar newspaper and Star-Jobs, they also have a website dedicated to the information sharing about Malaysia called; AllMalaysia.info. Expect to find articles and informative tips if you are planning to trot around Malaysia especially if you’re coming here with plans to visit every state.
AllMalaysia is expanding its horizons or what I would call it is diversifying. They’ve started building a blog directory for the Malaysia bloggers. And like my good friend said;
Basically, it’s a blog directory. No big deal, there’re plenty of them around, except this is probably the first time a rather large (albeit local) online media org is hosting it.
Besides getting free endless traffic to your blog, my friend hinted there’ll be more to come out of this if you took part in the effort to build the blog directory. Yes, there are prizes to be won here as well when you participate in this directory. And no, you don’t have to pay a single cent. The great stuff I’m looking forward to are:
- Blog gatherings
- Blogathons
- Workshops
- Talks by us (Simpleet Solutions)
Okie, I made the last one up but I know there will be interesting topics a lot of people would want to know about the web design and development industry along with the ever popular blogging trend. So why not get the team of individuals specialized in different fields to deliver it? ;)
So if you haven’t submitted your blog to the directory, better be quick to submit it now. And one of the good things of working with media TheStar is they do protect your privacy.
Well, break time is over for me and it’s back to my projects.
