It’s big, it’s black (or at least used to be), it’s got an organic type logo, it’s The Making of the 9rules Network. After a few nudges by some fans, Colin starts to tell us the tale of how 9rules was built.
The first article published at the moment is about how 9rules was built on WordPress for their first round. Colin explains why and how he used to start of the 9rules network in an instant. And as he says, it really wasn’t that difficult.
The article continued about how they (Colin, Paul and Mike) tweaked WordPress to handle the members allowed into the network. Trust me, if you’re a WordPress user and you read it, I think you’ll be having “now why didn’t I think of that..” expressions.
Taking advantage of WordPress’s awesome data management capabilities, all it took was a parent and sub-category to get the first 9rules system going. Believe it.
