Wedding Website of Susan and Jason
Back in 2005 during Website Mention Time, I spoke of the lovely couple; Nate and Jessica’s wedding website. It was a simple website with soft wedding colours and it had all the basic things their friends or family far away would love to learn about them.
Now come this year, I’ve found a new wedding website belonging to Susan and Jason who are tying the knot on the wonderful date 11th November 2006. A hearty congratulations to both individuals who’re becoming a single item.

Their lovely website was done by Jason Gurley of Deeply Shallow whom I might add is a new website designer I’ve found with an interesting website and respectable portfolio. oh yeah, he is also the groom that Susan is marrying.
The website has this Caribean feeling going on though I don’t why the background reminds me of marijuana leaves. Sorry if that didn’t sound right. But I’m sure most people would agree about the lovely colour coordination and classic feel of written story on a desk kinda environment. Not to mention, I find the rollover menu buttons has this majestic feel to them.
You get all the basic things to learn about them and their wedding but there’ll be an extended version in relevance to this post later. I’ll be talking about the Gift Registry preference of most couples today even in Malaysia and the opportunities available to us in the coming future.
So if you’d like to find out more about Jason, visit Deeply Shallow or if you’d like learn about the reasons he’s getting married, read about what Susan has to say about it.

Thanks for the plug there, Danny. And yep, you’re right, the background does look a little — ahem — green. Wasn’t intentional, I didn’t notice it until after the fact, but hey, whatever. It makes people smile.
Yup and I guess it’s a good thing seeing how many peoples imagination would run.
I’ve a question though, why’s the layout in TABLEs? Just curious to know from you.
Cheers.
I’m a designer first, then a developer — hence the table-based design. It works for me.
hrm. is it starting to be a trend in blogosphere already? just two weeks ago, i made a review on a boyfriend-girlfriend blog at One Thousand Bloggers! *jealous* i want a boyfriend too.
Thanks for being honest Jason and I respect that.
chengsim, I don’t think the boyfriend-girlfriend is really the same as these wedding websites. but i might be wrong.
cheers people.
[...] Not long ago, I reviewed the portfolio website and wedding website of Jason Gurley. At the end of the entry, I said that I’d like to discuss a new opportunity many might not have noticed happening around the Internet. [...]
[...] The second wedding website I came across was Jason and Susan’s website that I reviewed just this month. Their website was a little more complex in style and design. The navigation still remained simple as possible with additions of a gift registry. [...]
