facebook-excuse-meIt was a while back my sister-in-law mentioned how employers are now looking up employees Facebook profiles. Not only to check out what’s going on with their employees, but the interviewees for a job position too. Hence, employers may soon ask, “Excuse me, do you have a Facebook profile?” Or, they’ll ask if they may be added to your Friends.

There are a couple of things on my mind about this issue. Not just concerning privacy, but the sheer relevance of using Facebook to judge an employees personality and behaviour.
