I know this is existant in their 3G plans which I think isn't the way to go if they're looking at converting more people (like us) to use it. If you exceed the Fair Usage Thereshold,for lite RM49 plan,the actual speed for download 400kbps download and 150kbps upload WILL REDUCE TO 100kbps for download speed and 50kbps for upload. for 1.2mbps subsciption or higher,if exceed fair usage thereshld,400kbps for upload and 150kbps for upload speed are given.. Conclusion,it is also counted unlimited usage. For maxis user their fair usage is 3GB,and celcom is 5GB. this mean..u can also download but different type of speed...by paying rm99 u still has higher speed to download...thanks god....i choose the right broadband i just found some information here…
