If it can be tackled by Wordpress, I'd use it. It depends on what’s to be managed. If it can be tackled by WordPress, I’d use it. If it can’t, then I’d look at either a custom solution OR one which I’ve confidence and experience in so if anything it’s not difficult for me to troubleshoot. :)

It is outrageous, if for instance, a standard CMS client decides to create his 11th page, the company calls up and say, "you either pay additional fee or we will suspend your account or block your extra page from being displayed."
