Nuffnang Needs to Reword Their Emails

pen and letterI recently received an official email from Vivian, who’s in Nuffnang’s blogger relations department. It was a real surprise receiving an email from Nuffnang so I thought it could be some extraordinary thing which was gonna be offered.

However, little did I know the contents of the email made me very frustrated and instantly disappointed with Vivian. The harsh reply and screenshot of my blog I had sent back to her was due to an assumption and misunderstanding when I read the email once.

The Movie Which Makes People Imagine

Mr.Magorium’s Wonder Emporium posterYesterday I attended the screening of Mr.Magorium’s Wonder Emporium at Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC), 1Utama. Ever since I viewed the trailer on Apple’s website, it looked like one of those fun and no brainer movies to watch. And true enough, it was a movie I could sit back and pay more attention to the lines than the action. This movie is totally made for kids so if you’ve got children, they’ll have a blast with this one.

If you’re just a grown up aiming to catch a new movie, you’d better bring along your childish side. But don’t hate your girlfriend or boyfriend for bringing you along. If you’re not keen on watching the movie, just be amused with the opening and especially closing credits. What other movie which is fun comes out with the credit; the people who paid other people for this movie. :)

Europe United with Samsung Mobile

Previously, I was given the opportunity by folks at TechARP to review the unreleased Samsung SGH-L760 mobile blogging phone. I tried very hard to review this Samsung mobile phone without being bias against my other free mobile phone, the Apple iPhone. And it wasn’t easy, trust me.

Besides being able to blog on the Samsung L760 and post pictures or videos direct with it, I have found the built-in camera to be satisfactory. Plus, the ability to record video was the biggest advantage against my Apple iPhone. See, even the Apple iPhone can lose out! And although the banner says help me win one, I’m going to giveaway the won Samsung L760 to anyone who leaves the most creative comment with the theme “I want the Samsung L760!”

My Samsung L760 is Slim, Light and Boring

Apple iPhone on Samsung L760 It’s difficult expressing my true feelings for the Samsung L760 because I’ve already got an Apple iPhone in Malaysia. Although the Samsung L760 is lighter and almost as slim as the Apple iPhone, the former appears to me as boring.

I guess it’s monochromatic navigation compared to the colourful icon appearance of the Apple iPhone makes me lost for words. That said, I suppose I’m overly used to viewing full colour icons even when I was still using my Sony Ericsson W800i. Besides the interface, I’ve been pampered by the Apple iPhone in Malaysia with its cool features like surfing the web and typing on a QWERTY keyboard.

Malaysia Apple iPhone and Samsung L760

I’ve been recently preoccupied with work, team building, Apple iPhone deals and a free new spanking Samsung L760 mobile phone. I now have 2 free mobile phones in hand – Apple iPhone (which I love to bits) and the unreleased Samsung L760. To be honest, if you were a blogger and wanted to participate in TechARP’s Samsung-Tech ARP Bloggers TT Sessions you could have done so from their website.

The seats were limited to 30 bloggers and only 25 of them were taken. Plus, as a participating blogger I got free lunch at Fasta Pasta at the first session. There are 2 sessions which require our attendance, October 20 and November November 24. Give or take, we’re having the Samsung phones for a period of 1 month.
