		<description>I think it may be because they&#039;re worried if the person doesn&#039;t have the monetary backing or fallback, Google might not be able to trace the person or may not be able to authenticate the person or provide fabricated information via Google Adsense - though it&#039;ll be a dumb thing to do.

Google isn&#039;t perfect. They are not human but there humans running the company. :)</description>

i couldn&#039;t agree with you more!!! i was signing up for Adwords when i received the &quot;prompting&quot; email from Google. I was SO SURE that i could use my Adsense income to pay for AdWords and thought to myself &quot;why not give this a try&quot;. But then i came to the credit card details part...and i stopped.

I wonder why Google does not allow this....</description>
