Im living in Damansara Kim which they claim that the connection is covered. Out of 24 hours, i am only able to connect for 4 hours. This is really a big problem that they are facing, down time and stability issue. Furthermore, the modem has to be put at a specific place, facing out of the window. If i turn it abit, i get disconnected. More frustrating is that, the next day, that specific place i usually put, does not connect online at all... then i have to start hunting for a new location in my house.
