Now I used Google Adsense for domains programs. I earned some money but not an reasonable amount. I will suggest to put some keyword rich quality content, about 50 pages on each domain. To write content you can appoint some content writers who can do this very cheap. What I do is post on classifieds and give 50 topics to a content writer. Once they give the 50 pages of content, I use Dreamweaver to put the site online with adsense codes on right places on free webhosting providers. Submit to search engines, some directories, post some articles with backlinks and bookmark on social media networks and wait. If it works good after 6 months, i will spend some more money on writing more content and link building services. This works great to make adsense money. So many good names that could have been put to good use, but instead are now cash-printing machines for unscrupulous owners. I don't see how this fits in with Google's "do good" motto.
